In Tucumán press conference Foreign Minister,30 referring to Rio Conference, said Argentine delegation will have no special plan but on contrary its actuation will follow agenda which may be presented. Said according his information first point of agenda, mutual defense treaty, will be only one treated; in any event Argentina believes this should be first point for discussion. Questioned as to voting procedure in conference Bramuglia stated Argentine supports its “traditional point of view which is unanimity”.

Re President Perón’s radio address July 6 Foreign Minister said President had outlined aid which Argentina can extend Europe; “we are awaiting the word of the nations”.
