Mao Tse-tung,19 Chu Teh, Ho Lung, Lin Piao, Chen Yi, Liu Po-chen favor using military means settle political matters, while leaders Chen Chao-yi, Fang Wen-ping, Wang Chia-chuan, Lu Ting-yi, Liu Chao-chi, Li Fu-tsun favor political means seek administrative power. Mao Tse-tung said to be campaigning for second time to liquidate “undesirable and deteriorating elements” within party and asking followers watch action others.
