The Minister in Finland ( Hamilton ) to the Secretary of State

From a reliable Finnish source it is learned that Finland has just been granted an additional 10 million dollar credit for the purchase of surplus property in the United States, and that this is in addition to the 10 million dollar credit announced a few weeks ago for purchase of surplus property in Germany.
[Page 259]The Finns are naturally pleased with this and our contact expressed particular pleasure in that he sees in it a clear manifestation of political support for Finland.
