Mr. Stenger,94 ED, has given me the following information regarding Chile’s request for an Eximbank loan. The request is for a $40,000,000 loan, half of which is to be allocated to the Fomento Corp. and the other half to the Chilean State Railways. The funds are allocated to the following groups of industries:
