030210Z. Withdrawal of Marines from bridge, coal mine and train guard duty completed 30 Sept. In each case relief was made by CNA forces. Marines now concentrated Peiping, Tientsin–Taku, Peitaiho–Chinwangtao and Tsingtao. My 040538Z67 refers.
