Negotiations on treaty of friendship, commerce and navigation can be commenced about middle of January, according to note from Ministry of Foreign Affairs dated November 29 (ReEmbtel 2039, November 26, 2 p.m.). Draft of treaty forwarded by Emb April 2 stated now to be under consideration by Ministry which also is exchanging views concerning it with other interested Ministries and Commissions.
Please inform Commerce.
