7375. As the texts of the Sino-Soviet treaty and accompanying agreements have now been published there would no longer seem to be need for the issuance of the proposed statement on China quoted in my 7199, Aug. 23 to London and 1898 to Moscow.63 Please so inform Foreign Minister and report his reaction.64
