753. Consul [at] Tihwa in telegram April 27 reports information from Foreign Affairs Delegate as follows (Embassy’s 631, April 11, and 669, April 17):
Force of 1,000 Kazaks with machine guns and trench mortars have been besieging Fuwen since morning April 26. Reinforcements being sent to relieve besieged.
Gauss
