50. Steps involved in forming the new government will be reported by despatch.86 However, it is considered locally that the Radescu Cabinet, together with the agreed program, constitute a victory, at least temporarily, over the National Democratic Front composed of the Leftist parties. Responsible sources claim that Soviet pressure caused the Left suddenly to enter Radescu Government after first refusing to participate.
