The Secretary of State to Certain Diplomatic Representatives 30

The Civil Aeronautics Board is releasing a press statement for morning papers of June 1431 giving a tentative list of proposed international air routes which the CAB believes may be desirable for postwar operation by United States air carriers. The Department is transmitting a copy of this press statement to each of the appropriate foreign missions in Washington,32 emphasizing that the proposed routes are of course subject to concurrence of and necessary arrangements with the foreign governments concerned.
