86. Department’s telegram 72, April 15, 5 p.m. Legation opinion expressed in airgram A–44 August 16, 194336 regarding extension of Proclaimed List to this country has not changed. Desirability of inclusion in next month’s supplement is not, in our view, affected by the situation resulting from the recent exchange of notes and no objection is seen here to such inclusion.
The Proclaimed List may include all names now on the Statutory List.
