Korkegi’s recent memorandum to Cooke,26 Rubber Reserve, poses the question of whether immediate limitation can best be accomplished by a Rubber Reserve program of purchasing or governmental decree or both. What appears to be the chance of any action in the near future on part of Brazilian Government?
