Everything [Page 157] will be kept strictly secret here. The signing of the Four Nation Declaration is a splendid success which is entirely due to your firm stand for justice and solidarity. This declaration constitutes one of the greatest contributions to the peace and security of the Post War World. Please accept my warm and sincere thanks for your deep concern for our common cause and kindly convey to Mr. Hull my appreciation of the excellent results he has achieved at the conference. Best regards.
