Your 588, February 25, 5 p.m.39 The Minister of Finance and General Amaro state to me that they are completely satisfied with the arrangements entered into with this Government covering military and naval matériel. The Brazilian Ambassador informs me that in the telephone conversation which he had yesterday evening with Aranha, the latter informed him that the impression of the Brazilian Government was “very good”.
