Embassy’s 1625 August 24, 8 p.m.5 The Central Bank has issued a resolution announced in its circular No. 303 dated August 28, 1942, stating that in order to conduct operations of any nature in United States dollar notes the interested parties must obtain previous authorization of the Central Bank except for amounts up to $100 previously provided for in cases of travelers to and from the United States.
