Sir: With reference to my telegram No. 4872 of November 20, 3 p.m., regarding the sentences imposed on Theodor Friedrich Schlegel, Erwin Backhaus, Nicolau von Dellingshausen, Karl Thielen, Rolf Trautmann and Gustav Utzinger on charges of espionage activities, I have the honor to report that the Tribunal de Segurança Nacional has denied the appeal and reaffirmed the sentences imposed.
