De Bardeleben had an interview with Minister of Interior and Chief of the Department of Electrical Services of that Ministry and both promised complete cooperation and secrecy in the first stage of his work which is location of active stations. As stated in my 670 of May 2,25 the replacement material requested in my 664, May 2, 11 a.m.,25 and mentioned in my 666, May 2, 1 p.m., is now found not to be necessary.
