78. My 63, February 14, 2 p.m.45 It is now expected that 200 more Germans will arrive in a few days. They are to come in 8 planes, 25 men per plane, and are to control the aviation field.

The Germans here have already demanded control over the radio station. This has been denied and they have been referred to Wiesbaden. They have a transmitter of their own at Anfa.

Repeated to Tangier and Vichy.
