Department’s 3179, December 2, 3 p.m. In spite of the Embassy’s note delivered in compliance with the Department’s instruction under reference, representatives of the Reich’s Film Chamber of the Propaganda Ministry yesterday against the protest of an employee of the local agency took seven prints, the property of Loew’s Incorporated. A member of the Embassy called at the Foreign Office and protested this flagrant disregard of property rights without compensation and without excuse of military or national necessity.
