- You may say to Governor Svane that we have been informed by Minister de Kauffmann that he not only approves of the transaction and believes its conclusion to be in the best interest of Greenland, but is prepared to sign the necessary documents and pay the purchase price of $10,000 from funds now available to him, immediately upon receipt through you of the authorization of the Greenland authorities.
