252. All vessels detained by prize control authorities en route to the United States have now been released with the exception of steamships Korsnaes and Everoja, committed to Prize Court proceedings, and Estonian steamships Hildur and Osmussar and the Norwegian Novasli which are still being investigated. American bound consignments on Finnish steamship Dione and Estonian Vaindlo (see Department’s telegram 207, and my telegram No. 24118) are also still being investigated.
