155. My 154, August 10, 3 p.m.58 Commissioner of Customs has just informed me by telephone that Superintendent of Customs has received necessary authorization from Peiping and that embargo on lambskins and lamb plates with hair not exceeding 25mm. in length has been removed effective immediately.
Repeated to Peiping, Chungking, Tokyo.
