125. Reference my 1219, December 23, 9 p.m.,31 and my 1255, December 31, noon32 regarding Wuhu incidents. Having received no further reply showing satisfactory action to locate the military unit concerned, I have again brought the matter to the attention of the Japanese Consul General asking that it be referred to his military authorities for prompt and satisfactory action.
