0014. Admiral Oikawa reaffirms his promise to ensure Monocacy coal supply and is directing Nipponese SNO43 Kiukiang to arrange delivery 25 tons weekly from Andersen, Meyer to Standard Vacuum installation. Request Monocacy check with Kondo44 and advise me before Oahu departs Shanghai.
