1344. From Rublee. The British have now accepted the principle of a full meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee. They propose Monday December 12 and Tuesday December 13 as the dates for the meeting but hope that the dates may be kept confidential in view of the fact that Berenger and Andreae61 and the Latin American Vice Chairmen still must accept the plan.
