Your 558, October 20, 2 p.m. The following countries took action in accordance with the President’s request:25 Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Switzerland, Venezuela. In addition, Sweden informed us that the King had, even before the receipt of the President’s request, sent a message to Hitler.
