Reference telegram October 23, 9 a.m. from Guaymas.30 Please look into point raised by Yepis that decision to dotate eight instead of four hectares of Yaqui Valley land to each applicant for land is illegal. Presumably Vice Consul has in mind article 47 of Agrarian Code, and the Department understands that land in question is irrigated.
If you consider point well taken please take up matter with appropriate authorities.
