Referring to Department’s telegram No. 32, December 6, 4 p.m., the Legation was informed orally by the retiring Foreign Minister that at a Cabinet meeting yesterday the Junta decided: (1) that there was no room for conversations with the Standard Oil Company; and (2) that the only recourse of the company is application to the court within the time fixed by the decree of October 22.
