40. My 131, December 31, 4 p.m.46 Figueiredo, foreign exchange director of the Bank of Brazil, has now definitely resigned. Minister of Finance informed Xanthaky47 that Souza Dantas, formerly President National Coffee Council, will succeed him. While holding that position Souza Dantas was friendly to American interests.
