My 93, March 8, 4 p.m. I have just received word from the President that three named men have been appointed delegates and that Pedro Joaquín Cuadra Chamorro, publisher of El Diario Nicaraguense of Granada, and Undersecretary of Education in the administration of Presidents Solorzano and Diego Chamorro will be the Conservative delegate in place of Gómez who declined appointment.
Delegation due to leave for Guatemala tomorrow morning by plane.
