55. My 51, February 16, noon.16 The President showed me yesterday telegram sent last night to Ubico requesting latter to accede to slight postponement requested by Costa Rica.

Private secretary has just telephoned me that Ubico’s reply states that arrangement will be acceptable to Guatemala.
