- No state has as yet signed the agreement. It is expected that it will be signed on behalf of the United States almost immediately.
- By provision of the agreement itself, invitations were to be issued to all of the states of the world. These invitations have gone forward to the states individually. The Pan American Union utilized the Washington Diplomatic Corps in transmitting the invitations.
- So far as the Department is aware, there has been no communication with any organ of the Monetary and Economic Conference regarding this matter.
