No. 207

Sir: With reference to the Department’s telegram No. 28 of February 20, 1934, I have the honor to enclose a printed copy of the Anti-War Treaty of Non-Aggression and Conciliation which, it will be noted, has been certified as a true copy on page eleven thereof.2

There are also enclosed a copy and a translation of Foreign Office note dated March 12, 1934,3 which was received today, transmitting the certified copy of the treaty and confirming the Department’s understanding.
