Your 26, February 6, 1 p.m. As Captain Nimmer’s orders provide for his departure within the next few days I have requested [Page 181] through the Foreign Office farewell interview with Voroshilov for both Nimmer and White explaining in note that office of Naval Attaché has been abolished and that latter is to be withdrawn.
