1135. Following from the American Consul at Nanking:
“December 11, 11 a.m. C. T. Wang told Jacobs6 last night that press reports of the settlement of Chinese Eastern Railway controversy are correct, with the addition that Chinese and Russian Governments have agreed that the person who was formerly Russian general manager is not to be reinstated.”
