59. Your circular telegram of December 1, 4 p.m. Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs me that yesterday Dr. Benes sent a telegram to Shanghai and today he addresses a note to the Soviet representative at Prague to say that Czechoslovak Government adheres to American point of view.99
