If the Brazilian Government inquires you may say for the information of the Minister of Transportation that the Department is informed that the New York, Rio and Buenos Aires Line, Incorporated, is American owned and financed solely by American money and that Trimotors Safety Airways, Incorporated, is a subsidiary of the New York, Rio and Buenos Aires Line entirely owned by it and with no foreign interest or control.
