29. Department’s 22, April 30, 2 p.m.56 Foreign Office has granted permission landing and free entry subject to reexportation for three amphibian planes. On account of contract with Pan American Airways no other commercial planes may use Port-au-Prince landing field, part of which belongs to the above company. However suitable landing place is available in the harbor north of long wharf.
