110. Referring to my telegram number 101, June 30, 10 a.m. Local papers today report United States Post Office Department announces inauguration air mail service to Santiago on July 16th. These reports tend to make more difficult an already difficult situation in connection with my efforts to have modified certain unacceptable conditions of decree concession. MacGregor, Vice President, Pan American-Grace Airways due to arrive here tomorrow.
