My telegram number 91, December 12, 2 p.m. Incursions of armed bands announced in the south from Greece and near Ochrida and Prizren, the latter bands reported well armed; also number Wrangel’s Russian and Stambouliski Bulgarian refugees participating. Strategic points to the east reported occupied by Ahmed Bey’s [Page 315] forces. Fighting has occurred along Yugoslav border. Public demonstrations Yugoslavia held yesterday in Tirana and Durazzo and League of Nations and Great Powers appealed to by telegraph.
