Standard Oil ship Healdton, from Philadelphia for Rotterdam, cargo oil, torpedoed without warning 8.15 evening of 21st, 25 miles north of Terschelling, Holland. Twenty of crew drowned, 1 died injuries, others more or less injured; 40 saved, 13 brought to Ijmuiden, others to northern Holland. Submarine seen after torpedoing; No doubt German.
