Your communication No. 41 was delivered to me thanks to the kind intervention of the American Consul General at Sofia. I request you to declare to the Honorable the Government of the United States on behalf of the Royal Government that Bulgaria intends also on her part to preserve the relations of perfect friendship that she has always been happy to maintain with the United States.
