I, Edwin G. Waite, secretary of the State of California, do hereby
certify that a copy of the articles of incorporation of Eagle
Fishing Company, certified by the county clerk of the city and
county of San Francisco as a copy of such articles filed in his
office, was filed in this office on the 29th day of September, A. D.
1891, which articles and the copy thereof contained the required
statement of facts, to wit: First, the name of the corporation as
aforesaid; second, the purpose for which it is formed; third, the
place where its principal business is to be transacted; fourth, the
term for which it is to exist; fifth, the number of its directors or
trustees, and the names and residences of those who are appointed
for the first year; sixth, the amount of its capital stock, and the
number of shares into which it is divided; seventh, the amount of
its capital stock actually subscribed and by whom.
