Sir: I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your note of the 20th instant, informing me that Thomas and Charles Jones, captured on board the Lilian, and who were the subjects of your note of the 15th instant, had been transferred from Camp Hamilton to the military prison at Point Lookout. In reply, I have the honor to inform you that I have advised the proper departments of this change.
