Frye’s cargo owned by Leetham’s of Hull, millers, who might or might not have large army contracts.” Shippers inform Department cargo sold November 16 to S. and T. Trounson, Limited, Redruth, England, but changed hands several times in passage. Report fully, giving any facts suggesting Government interest.
