[From The France, May 1, 1865.]

The legislative chambers will assemble to-morrow at a public sitting. The Moniteur announces that a communication from the government will then be presented to them.

It is thought that the government intends to communicate to the chambers the letter addressed by the Emperor to the government of Washington, on the occasion of the death of Mr. Lincoln, and that thus the legislative body will have an opportunity of expressing their feelings of sympathy for the government and the American people.
