3183. Your 3395 [3995], June 14, 4 p. m. and despatch 3363,¹ June 14. Inform Foreign Office that the proposal of the German Government, in accordance with the treatment of consuls in Belgium, to grant to the American Consul at Warsaw permission to exercise his consular functions in that part of his consular district which is under German military occupation is acceptable to United States.
